By downloading or using Stablereef ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not reverse-engineer, abuse, disrupt, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
- The App has no user accounts; all data is stored locally on your device.
Purchases
- The App is free to use, including all features (water logging, anti-swing alerts, trends, reminders, multiple tanks, and data export).
- The App currently offers no in-app purchases. If purchases are added in the future, these Terms will be updated first.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design and content (excluding the data you create), is owned by the developer of Stablereef. The data you enter belongs to you, and you can export it at any time.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is a hobby tool for recording and visualizing aquarium water parameters. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App's recommended safe ranges and swing alerts are general guidance, not professional or veterinary advice, and may not suit every system. You are responsible for decisions about your aquarium. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including livestock loss) arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
